The Maintenance Technician for our community supports the Maintenance Director to assure proper, consistent maintenance of our community including building interior and exterior, grounds, walkways, driveways, and parking lot.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday OR Sunday-Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm

Prior experience in maintenance, construction, or similar role
Experience with any of the following: electrical, plumbing, or HVAC (certification not required for this role)
Ability to maintain and perform basic repairs on appliances including refrigerators, washers and dryers
Ability to solve practical problems
Ability to prioritize and organize assignments
Typical physical and environmental considerations:
Maintain ability to lift 75 pounds; to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the work day, and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist, and reach
Must have sufficient manual dexterity to work with the fingers and to reach/handle items
