Job Description

$750 Sign-on Bonus for full-time! The Springs Living is seeking Caregivers for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This small, beautifully designed community includes 33 apartment homes (16 assisted living and 17 memory care) and a variety of amenities, including restaurant-style dining, a pool and spa, gardening, and more.

We are looking to fill full-time or part-time positions - find a schedule that works for you!

Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:

• Support residents with their daily routines, which can include helping them bathe, dress, or eat
• Provide warmth, companionship, and patience to support residents' health
• Assist in the development and revision of Service Plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
• Answer pages and call lights
