This position primarily supports seniors living in our community's independent living.

There are two positions available at this time. One is a full-time daytime position, Sunday through Thursday, 6am-2:30pm. The second is part-time swing shift position, Friday and Saturday, 2pm - 10:30pm. We are seeking candidate with a blend of customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities of Daytime and Swing Concierges include:

  • Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the residents behalf if needed
  • Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, taking catering requests, and managing room reservations
  • Answering resident questions
  • Monitoring security cameras
  • Answering phone calls
  • Maintaining clean and organized spaces surrounding concierge desk
  • Delivering packages and newspapers
  • Assisting residents with technical issues with phones, tablets, laptops, tvs, etc.
  • Covering reception desk as needed
  • Assisting other departments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to use technology include desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
  • Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
  • Ability to solve practical problems

This is a part-time overnight position, Saturdays and Sundays, 10pm-6:30am. 
We are seeking a candidate with a blend of customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities of Overnight Concierge include:

  • Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the residents behalf if needed
  • Light housekeeping in the lobby including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing counters, mopping, and emptying trash and recycling bin
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies or escalate to appropriate team member
  • Monitoring security cameras
  • Answering phone calls
  • Answering resident questions or concerns

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Customer Service
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
  • Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
  • Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
  • Ability to solve practical problems
