The Business Office Manager is a jack of all trades, directly managing Accounts Receivables and Billing, indirectly overseeing the Accounts Payable process, and fulfilling human resources processes to support the executive director and team of managers. Ideal Position Skills:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, staff, and vendors by cultivating quality relationships.
  • Fulfill Human Resource responsibilities at the community level - payroll, onboarding, and offboarding, training & employee morale.
  • Provide financial and system support to Executive Director and staff through accounting systems, cash management, budget review, and invoice approvals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years experience with Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable ownership
  • Intermediate to expert level MS Office and other computer skill-sets
  • Clear experience of successful multi-tasking and deadline management
  • Proven track record of HR experience – management of leave of absence, workers compensation, new employee orientation, etc.
  • Successful history of face-to-face customer service
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, residents, employees, and the general public.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, electronic, or schedule form.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
