Job Description:

The Springs Living is currently seeking an Executive Director for one of our communities in Milwaukie, OR. The Springs at Clackamas Woods has a rich history and offers a warm and comfortable setting for our residents. The Springs at Clackamas Woods has 211 beautiful homes, including 129 independent living, 50 assisted living, and 32 memory care apartments for our seniors to live life to its fullest, all overseen by the Executive Director, who will report to the Regional Director of Operations.

Qualifications:

  • Love for seniors!
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of assisted living and independent living regulations
  • Current ALF/RCF Administrator license preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience as a senior living professional
  • Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
  • Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background screening
