With new projects on the horizon, our marketing department is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team. As Art Director, you will be an integral member of our marketing team, specializing in creating and executing concepts for creative campaigns that blend storytelling and visual innovation to align with the company's purpose, mission, and plan. As Art Director, you will work under the direction of the Marketing Director.      

Position Responsibilities:         

•    Works with internal parties to establish and implement creative plans to support the marketing strategies, processes, and programs.
•    Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.
•    Research, study and advise on latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.        


•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in graphic design or related field.
•    3+ years of hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design.
•    Posses a well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
•    Ability to critically communicate and persuade around design concepts. 
•    Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
•    Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments.
•    Strong initiative, the ability to self-start and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
•    Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to collaborate remotely effectively.
