This position primarily supports seniors living in our community's independent living.
We are seeking candidate with a blend of customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities of the Concierges include:
Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the residents behalf if needed
Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, taking catering requests, and managing room reservations
Answering resident questions
Monitoring security cameras
Answering phone calls
Maintaining clean and organized spaces surrounding concierge desk
Delivering packages and newspapers
Assisting residents with technical issues with phones, tablets, laptops, tvs, etc.
Covering reception desk as needed
Assisting other departments as needed
Prior experience in Customer Service
Ability to use technology include desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
Ability to solve practical problems
Expected hours: 25 per week
