Description

The Springs at Wilsonville is hiring compassionate people wanting to build lasting relationships and memories with our residents.    
Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:    
  • Supporting residents with activities of daily living including toileting, bathing, dressing, transfers, and meal deliveries
  • Providing warmth, companionship and patience to support residents' physical and mental health
  • Working cross functionally with other teams such at food services and plant operations to ensure the best quality experience for our residents

Available positions: Starting at $17/hr+ (Wage offered based upon experience)    
  • Swing Shift Caregiver for Memory Care 2:00PM - 10:00PM 
  • Schedules available: Tuesday - Saturday; Sunday - Thursday; Thurs - Monday
Qualifications    
  • 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
  • Genuine appreciation for seniors and willingness to learn
  • Previous NOC Caregiving experience required for overnight positions.
