This position primarily supports seniors living in our community's independent living.
We are seeking candidate with a blend of customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities of the Concierges include:
- Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the residents behalf if needed
- Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, taking catering requests, and managing room reservations
- Answering resident questions
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining clean and organized spaces surrounding concierge desk
- Assisting residents with technical issues with phones, tablets, laptops, tvs, etc.
- Covering reception desk as needed
- Assisting other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Customer Service
- Ability to use technology include desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
- Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
- Ability to solve practical problems
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 9:00am- 5:30pm
