Job Description:      
The Springs Living is currently seeking an Executive Director for our beautiful community in Sherwood, OR. The Springs at Sherwood offers a warm, comfortable and luxurious setting for our residents. Our community is inviting and our commitment to compassionate quality care is truly distinctive. We hire visionaries, relationship builders, and leaders committed to “doing the right thing.” Because our employees and residents deserve the very best, the right candidate must be nurturing with employees, residents, and families. The Springs at Sherwood has 160 beautiful homes, including 73 independent living, 56 assisted living, and 31 memory care apartments for our seniors to live life to its fullest, all overseen by the Executive Director, who will report to the Regional Director of Operations.

Qualifications:      
  • Love for seniors!
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of assisted living and independent living regulations
  • Current ALF/RCF Administrator license preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as a senior living professional, in a leadership role
  • Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
