Job Description:      

The Springs at Lake Oswego is currently seeking a charismatic and engaged Executive Director, who cares about doing the "One Thing," the right thing!

Qualifications:      

  • Love for seniors!
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of assisted living and independent living regulations
  • Current ALF/RCF Administrator license preferred
  • 5+ years of experience as an senior living Executive Director, in large community
  • Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
