Job Description
The position of Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales and marketing. This includes managing new and existing leads, conducting community tours, influencing potential residents to reserve a specific apartment, and assisting with developing digital & print messaging. Locally networking includes attending events and community outreach.
The successful candidate should have sales experience, preferably in the senior living industry, and working knowledge of social media and graphic design. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the community, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Sales and management experience in the senior living industry or similar relationship-based sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Creative, independent thinker capable of developing and executing sales strategies
  • Ability to see the big picture for building relationships
  • Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test
