Description
The Springs at Tanasbourne is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to work with our health services team to recruit and hire caring and compassionate caregivers and med techs to work with our beloved seniors. Our team's success and the well-being of our residents are dependent on hiring great people with a strong commitment to customer service and quality healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Building and updating employee schedule for our health services department - includes caregivers and med techs
- Participating in on-call rotation to respond to employee call outs - finding or providing coverage for open shifts
- Conducting phone screens and interviews for caregiver and med tech applicants
- Coordinating online and floor training schedules for new-hires
- Maintaining monthly training records for health services department
Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience working as a Caregiver/Med Tech in senior living or equivalent
- Experience creating employee schedules preferred
- Experience as a mentor or trainer preferred
- Criminal History Check and Drug Screen required

Job Type: Full-time This is a Salary Non-Exempt position with eligibility for overtime
