The Springs at Bozeman is looking for a cheerful, energetic, optimistic, organized, and motivated person who loves to enrich the lives of seniors across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

This position is responsible for a collaborative approach of planning and implementing meaningful and appropriate activities for our residents. Necessary characteristics and skills for this position include excellent verbal communication skills, organized, high standard of ethics and integrity, experience working with Alzheimer's and dementia residents, presenting a professional appearance, maintaining confidentiality, and creativity in carrying out resident activities.
This position is for an independent worker who will take the lead in encouraging resident participation and have sensitivity to the resident's individual needs.
We are hiring for a Part Time position 8am-4:30pm
Required every other weekend.
Willingness to drive/learn to drive a 14 passenger bus (no CDL required)
Qualifications
- Previous experience in senior housing especially working with cognitively or memory-challenged seniors is preferred but not required
- Clean Driving record
- Experience in Wellness and Activities programming in a senior housing community is a plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Valid Driver's License
