Must have senior living sales experience or similar relationship-based sales experience
 
SCHEDULE: 32 hours per week: Wednesday-Saturday - 9-5:30pm
PAY: starting at $25/hr

Job Description
The Springs at Tanasbourne is seeking a Senior Living Sales and Community Relations Coordinator for our Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community. We have 148 independent living, 70 assisted living and 12 memory care apartments.
 
As a Sales and Community Relations Coordinator, you will work with the Director of Community Relations in showing both prospective residents and the greater community all that we offer. You will be a resource for seniors and families seeking independent living, assisted living and memory care housing options. You will provide friendly tours to potential residents, follow-up with inquiries, guide seniors through the move-in process, and assist with special events. You will also be required to spend time off-site connecting with partners and developing relationships in the community.

Qualifications:
  • Sales experience in the senior living industry or similar relationship-based sales experience
  • Basic knowledge of the medical profession/industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and delegate assignments in a timely matter
  • Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, etc
  • Ability to pass criminal background and drug test
Responsibilities:
  • Genuine approach, focused on developing strong relationships based on The Springs Living company shared values and serving as a resource to seniors in need
  • Ability to aggressively close sales opportunities, where appropriate
  • Assist with the development of marketing strategies to compete within the local market
  • Knowledge of competitive market strengths and weaknesses and ability to sustain this information to maximize sales and occupancy
  • Relate positively with networking sources and provide solutions for their referrals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, residents, employees, and the general public.
  • Weekly Outreach to referral sources off-site connecting and developing relationships in the greater community.
