The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the-art, 12-story senior living community will offer a variety of floor plans that feature stunning views. Interior spaces are warm and inviting, featuring high-end amenities and services suitable to an urban setting, including secure underground parking. This brand-new community is nothing like you have ever seen, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care for more than 27 years that is truly distinctive.
Job Description:
The Springs at The Waterfront is currently hiring customer service-oriented individuals to join our Concierge Team for our Overnight Shift. By providing 24/7 concierge services to our residents, we aim to ensure that their lives are just a little easier here. We are seeking someone who is passionate about doing the right thing, detail oriented, provides exceptional service, and greets residents and guests by name with a warm smile. If you have a friendly voice, excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and come to work each day with a positive attitude, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling transportation
- Making dinner and room reservations
- Coordinating resident requests and services, including coordinating with outside services
- Package/mail deliveries
- Answering phone calls
- Various other administrative tasks
- Light housekeeping of common areas
- Comfortable responding to emergencies, and stay calm under pressure
Qualifications:
- Love for seniors!
- Demonstrated success working overnight shifts
- Successful record in a customer service role
- Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite and various internet platforms
- Experience in high end hospitality or hotels a plus
- Experience in an overnight security role a plus
- CPR and First Aid certified
Job Type: Full-time
Salary:
The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Concierge position, with an hourly wage range of $20-$22 depending on experience.
