Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday
Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00/hr

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Dining Room Manager to lead our Front of House team at The Springs at Tanasbourne. In this role, you'll help elevate our dining experience by supporting, mentoring, and inspiring a team of dedicated servers in a warm, senior living community. You’ll work closely with our Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef, and Assistant Dining Room Managers to create a smooth, engaging, and joyful dining experience for our residents.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of dining room staff, from new hires to experienced servers
- Foster a culture of hospitality and excellent service
- Implement systems to streamline operations and improve guest satisfaction
- Provide meaningful support to residents with patience, dignity, and understanding
- Deliver clear expectations and feedback to ensure strong team performance

What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a hospitality or food service setting
- At least 2 years of experience in supervisory roles.
- A passion for mentoring and team building
- Weekend availability
- A commitment to outstanding service and care
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
