The Springs at Lake Oswego is hiring happy people with compassionate hearts to provide excellent care for our residents!
Caregivers provide a variety of services to our residents, including but not limited to:
- Support residents with the completion of daily care as indicated in their service plans
- Provide warmth, companionship and patience to support residents' physical and mental health
- Assist in development and revision of Service Plans by informing supervisor of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches
- Answer call lights
Qualifications
- Previous care experience desired but not required, all training is paid and provided upon hire
- A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required at time of job offer
- Excellent attendance is a must! Our residents and your co-workers count on you!
Schedule: 2-10:30pm
