The Springs in Happy Valley is hiring a Full-time Evening position.
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 2:00PM - 10:30PM
We are seeking candidate with a blend of customer service, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities of Evening Concierges include:
- Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the resident's behalf if needed
- Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, troubleshooting technology,minor maintenance assistance, minor housekeeping, and managing room reservations.
- Answering resident questions
- Monitoring security cameras
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining clean and organized spaces surrounding concierge desk
- Delivering packages and newspapers
- Assisting residents with technical issues with phones, tablets, laptops, tvs, etc.
- Covering reception desk as needed
- Assisting other departments as needed
- Office work (creating, filing, printing, emailing)

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Customer Service
- Ability to use technology include desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
- Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions
- Ability to solve practical problems
