Description

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday with On-Call Rotation

Be a Leader Who Makes a Real Difference: At The Springs Living, we’re on a mission to positively change the way people think, feel, and experience living and working in senior living. We believe that how we care for others—and each other—matters. At The Springs at Butte, we’re looking for a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) who shares that belief and can lead with both heart and skill.

About the Role
As the Resident Services Coordinator (RSC), you’ll play a central leadership role in our Assisted Living community—supporting our senior residents, guiding care staff, and collaborating closely with other members of our health services leadership team. You’ll be the main point of contact for care coordination, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support while fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment. The RSC must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) as they need to ensure all parties are appropriately informed.

This position comes with the responsibility to step in where needed. That includes helping as a caregiver or med tech on the floor, being a visible and supportive leader to your care team, and participating in an on-call rotation to find or provide shift coverage alongside other healthcare team members.

We are seeking an individual with the following skillset:

  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
  • High Emotional Intelligence
  • Creative Problem solver
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals to achieve a common goal
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet hard deadlines
  • Expert Knowledge on providing care in a senior living setting
  • Previous caregiving and/or med tech experience (preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Assisted Living or other health care setting, including medication administration
  • Strong leadership background and team-building ability
  • Familiarity with senior living regulations and care practices
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
  • Organized, decisive, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to participate in on-call duties including covering caregiver and med tech shifts
  • Strong computer skills (eMAR, email)
  • Prior experience as a caregiver or med tech preferred
  • Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test

Additional Information
All prospective employees will be subject to successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check. A positive pre-employment result for THC may be allowed in states where medical or recreational use of marijuana is legal. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
