The Springs at Lake Oswego is seeking a Concierge which includes a blend of customer service, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.
Responsibilities of Concierges include:
- Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls including calling 911 on the resident's behalf if needed
- Delivering packages and newspapers
- Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, troubleshooting technology, minor maintenance assistance, minor housekeeping, and managing room reservations
- Answering resident questions
- Monitoring security cameras
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining clean and organized spaces
- Assisting residents with technical issues with phones, tablets, laptops, tvs, etc.
- Covering reception desk as needed
- Assisting other departments as needed
- Office work (creating, filing, printing, emailing)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience required
- Prior Concierge/ Reception experience preferred
- Ability to use technology including desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments
- Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions

Schedule: Thursday-Saturday 4:15pm-12am
