Job Description
The Springs at Tanasbourne is looking for a cheerful, energetic, optimistic, organized, and motivated person who loves to enrich the lives of seniors in our Healthcare Community.
This position is responsible for a collaborative approach of planning and implementing meaningful and appropriate activities for independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. Necessary characteristics and skills for this position include excellent verbal communication skills, organized, high standard of ethics and integrity, experience working with Alzheimer's and dementia residents, presenting in a professional appearance, maintaining confidentiality, and creativity in carrying out resident activities.
We are hiring for a full-time position. Some holidays may be required.
Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday
9:00AM - 5:30PM
Qualifications
Previous experience in senior housing especially working with cognitively or memory-challenged seniors is preferred but not required
- Experience in Wellness and Activities programming in a senior housing community including designing and facilitating all aspects of a comprehensive program.
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Valid Driver's License
