The Springs at Carman Oaks seeks a part-time jack-of-all-trades with the perfect blend of personal warmth and technical skills!
Schedule: Thursday-Saturday
Responsibilities include:
- Light housekeeping and light maintenance
- Addressing resident and building problems.
- Answering emergency resident calls
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Our ideal candidate is flexible, friendly, observant, patient, organized, and enjoys helping with whatever need may arise!
Qualifications
- 18 years of age
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical problems.
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in construction and/or apartment maintenance preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
