Dining Room Supervisor – The Springs Living
Location: Bozeman, Montana

What You’ll Do
As the Dining Room Supervisor, you'll lead our front-of-house dining team and help set the tone for exceptional service. You’ll be hands-on in managing the day-to-day dining room operations while fostering a welcoming, efficient, and joyful dining experience.
Service & Hospitality
- Ensure high standards of hospitality, service, and appearance
- Lead by example with strong floor presence during peak hours
- Manage and monitor reservation systems and guest flow
Team Leadership
- Hire, schedule, train, supervise, and evaluate servers and dining staff
- Conduct daily pre-meal meetings and communicate policy updates
- Support professional growth and continuous training in service etiquette
Operations & Communication
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff for optimal service
- Oversee POS systems and menu publication for rotating specials and events
- Maintain inventory and ensure dining equipment is clean, safe, and ready
- Track service robot usage and optimize its integration
- Weekends and Holidays as needed
Events & Layouts
- Design floor plans and staffing strategies for special events
- Maintain seasonally appropriate dining décor and layouts
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or full-service dining
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead a team while staying calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, POS, and scheduling tools
Preferred:
- Experience in senior living, healthcare dining, or publication design
- Knowledge of digital menu tools, reservation systems, and robotics
- Bartender, Food Handler, or ServSafe certifications
Physical & Environmental Expectations
- Lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for most of your shift
- Regular bending, reaching, pushing/pulling
- May be exposed to biohazards, latex, and kitchen equipment hazards
