We're hiring Experienced Med Techs at The Springs at Lancaster Village!

Schedule: Full Time (includes weekends)

• Swing Shift: Friday/Saturday and Day Shift: Sunday/Monday

Key Responsibilities:

• Administers or assists residents in self-administering medications and treatments
• Measures vital signs and weight; and performs other health services tasks
• Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports and documents pertinent information
• Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
• Diligently processing paperwork and administering meds/treatments
• Be able to work as a team throughout departments

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age
• Prior experience in Senior Care as a Med Tech, Caregiver, or similar
• Must have 1+ year of prior professional experience administering medications to multiple clients at once
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test
• Genuine love for older adults and a willingness to learn
• Relevant past experience: med tech, caregiver, medication aide, assisted living, senior care, med aide, medical technician
